Esther Waruiru

About Esther:

Esther Waruiru, Garlands of Grace's "missionary-at-large", was born in Central Kenya. Her father was a Presbyterian pastor. She came to Christ when she was 8 years old. She met The Navigators in 1970 at the University of Nairobi from where she graduated with a degree in botany and zoology in 1973. She taught in the biological sciences and continued with The Navigator Campus ministry until 1978 when she went full-time with the Navigators. She has served with the Kenya ministry, the Africa Regional Team, The U.S. National Leadership Team and joined IET in July 2005.

Esther has spoken in women's conferences in Africa, Europe, Indonesia and in the US.
